We
are working to fulfill the Microcredit Summit goal of reaching 100 million
of the world's poorest families, especially the women of those families,
are receiving credit for self-employment and other financial and business
services by the year 2005
This nonprofit, nonpolitical voluntary humanitarian welfare organization
is named Save the Humanity.
It's international office
will be located in New York, U.S.A. and it will have regional office
in any other international city of the world.
Hereafter this organization
will be called as Save the Humanity.
What's
the origin of Save
the Humanity ?
Save
the Humanity came into existence
during 1998. It started as a voluntary organization (registered under
the Ordinance 46 of 1961) by a group of committed social workers who
have been in the field of social work for 6 years.
Where
does Save the Humanity operate?
The rural villages
of Hajiganj Upazila, Chandpur District, in Bangladesh.
What
is its target group?
People in rural
areas.
What
are its goals?
To provide people
in rural areas with training in, and access to, information technology.
